Referral Policies & Procedures

Please advise your patients to inform us of your referral at
the time of their visit. We do our best to promptly send a
report of the patient's consultation to their referring physician, upon request. If a referral authorization is needed from a
Primary Care Provider (PCP), this referral must be obtained
prior to the patient's visit.
